Andrew Ingleton has spent 30 years in the Hospitality Industry and has a track record of developing and delivering capital projects within a range of hotel properties across the UK and Europe.
His specific expertise is in developing hotel and leisure concepts, managing projects and working successfully across the Hotel Industry with a range of budget holders.
With detailed knowledge of property management, strengths in all aspects of portfolio management, leasehold agreements, valuations and health and safety management, Andrew has contributed significantly to managing, enhancing and growing the value of companies’ assets by efficient use of available capital.
Having spent considerable time in senior management positions, such as Group Property Director within large organisations, he now operates at board level with Owners, Operators and Developers of Hotels as a business advisor, assembling and running teams of professionals.
Tasks for which he has had responsibility range from preparing capital expenditure budgets, due diligence for acquisitions and sales through to design, refurbishment, re-branding or construction.
Andrew’s unique experience puts him in a position of understanding hotel and operator requirements. He has the ability to translate this into design requirements for both new build and refurbishment projects.
